Owners of historic properties all know the challenges with windows and doors. Over time as the house settles, windows and doors start to skew creating small gaps that can let water in. 

Most historic homes in HydroFlow’s service area are constructed with wood clapboard siding. And in some cases, rare and almost impossible to replicate beaded clapboard made of cypress or heart pine woods.

Never should a home owner allow a house washer to use a high-pressure system on a historic home because the slightest misuse or misdirected stream of high-pressured water can cause permanent damage.
